Ground chicken. It doesn't sound appealing, but I saw Tom pick it up on one of our
trips to Jewel. I'm normally a beef girl, but I was willing to give it a try for the health benefits.
Just to be safe, I made tacos... it always helps to disguise unknown foods in things that are familiar, right?
Also, when in doubt, a little taco seasoning goes a long way in camouflaging the unfamiliar.
And you know what? It was tasty!
I think I'll do it again.
Look at me, stepping out of my comfort zone!
